T.O.S

I have the right to decline a commission for any reason or purpose.
Breaking T.O.S makes it so I will always refuse any commission requests from the person who has broken them.The art commission will not be started until at least partial payment has been sent, and will not be complete til full payment is sent.
This is to protect both you (the commissioner) and me (the artist).
Using my art to spread hateful messages against minorities or anyone for that matter will not be tolerated and will result in a blacklist.
Tricking me into drawing illegal content will have you blacklisted and bewared.
If the commission was started on, then canceled, you (the commissioner) will only be able to receive partial refund.
If the commission has not been started but was canceled, a full refund will be issued within the next 48 hours.
Please do not pay before I give the go ahead to pay.
Rushing me without paying for a rush fee will result in me potentially canceling commission.
Those who have had been blacklisted from multiple artists in the past will not be able to commission me.
Those using my art commercially without paying the commercial licensing fees will be issued a copyright claim.
Those claiming to be the creator of my artwork will be DMCA'd.T.O.S may be subject to change.
